who grew up a military brat. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and during his childhood, moved to San Juan, Puerto Rico, St. Louis, Missouri and finally ended up in Cape May, New Jersey with his family.
At 18 years of age, Kevin moved to New York City to pursue his dreams as an actor and shortly thereafter, began a global tour of the world with productions of “Grease”, “Footloose”, “West Side Story” and “Mamma Mia”. In his time as a performer, he had the opportunity to work in over 200 cities worldwide, including 47 of the 50 states, all across Canada, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Kevin’s initial interest in photography came from his grandfather who was the family shutterbug. His Poppy always had a camera around his neck, capturing every family event.
It wasn’t until 20 years later that Kevin picked up his first SLR and everything clicked. As an actor, Kevin knew there was a need for quality headshots and portraits for the entertainment professional. Through his work as an actor and his eye as a photographer, he is able to catch moments of pure honesty in his subjects.
His work has also been featured on Playbill.com, Broadway.com, Theatremania.com, Vogue.com, Time Out New York, New York Magazine, and Entertainment Weekly.
In addition to shooting 100’s of headshots for Actors, Dancers, Recording Artists and Models, he has had the pleasure of shooting Production Photos for the Atlantic Theatre Company, the North American Tours of “In The Heights” and “Mamma Mia”, numerous New York shows and concerts at Joe’s Pub, Le Poisson Rouge, The Canal Room, Birdland and The Bitter End. One of his favorite events to shoot is “Broadway Bares” for Broadway Cares Equity Fights Aids, every June at the Roseland Ballroom.
